官方的說明提到：
Make sure the billing address listed in your Google Checkout account matches the billing address that appears on your credit/debit card statement.

是指當初申請信用卡填寫的帳單位址會被用來驗證？可是我信用卡已經改用電子帳單，而地址部份中英文是否有別？還是說電話號碼必須要和當初申請信用卡填寫的一樣？

實在是因為Google Checkout不指明拒絕的原因，故煩請撥冗答詢，感恩。
