For instance, GOOG - bookmark, Gtalk, ....... few years ago I've written a letter to GOOG about why they have to build a good "online bookmark manage system", but I guess my letter just went down to the south. Maybe 1~2 years later, I saw Goog's bookmark service, wht a pity to a world class company. I would rate it as -1 from 1~10 scale. GOOG - do many things at the same time, but doesn't do it very well. I can even said "SUCKS" If you can NOT have a "UNIQUE" feature or user friendly program, you better shut it down in the garage!!! Either GOOG or YHOO, they have provide tons of service and features but I think if you can’t do it well(means be #1 or 2 in the filed), you better not rush to have new product out of mkt.
